  • We headed out to New England this past weekend and I knew that a beautiful crisp fall night in The Berkshires would be a perfect place to photograph the night sky. I used several techniques in taking the photos and this one is my attempt at a really long exposure -- 1,336 seconds (22 minutes and 16 seconds). Thankfully, I got the settings right so I was able to avoid overexposure or noise.

    Thanks to Julie for allowing me to convert the back patio into a photo studio. Hope you like the results.
