All Alone

The relationship between the sunflower close to the camera and those behind felt like a lonely boy, walking away as other play happily in the background.

Taken at the McKee-Beshers Wildlife Management Area in Maryland.

  • Very nice picture. The yellows of the sunflowers complement the green really well. Also, good job getting exactly the right things in focus from the tip of the closest petal to the furthest petal in the main flower. I am always forgetting to make sure of the depth of field.
