I had the pleasure of attending President Obama’s 2012 campaign kickoff event at the Masonic Center in San Francisco. In front of a sold out crowd (tickets were as low as $25), Obama presented his case for re-election.
Despite a tough angle and very poor lighting, I was able to get several good photos, which I will share in a followup post. One thing I did learn (or, re-learn), is that in tough conditions, just set the camera to fully manual and pick the settings that work best for you and the photo quality. The various automatic modes over or under compensated for lighting.
